Delivery Policy

We aim to have all orders dispatched within 7-10 working days of it being placed subject to it being in stock. If certain items are not in stock with you will be notified in your confirmation email and advised whether to expect a delay or not. Orders during busier periods can take up to 35 working days due to high levels of demand.

All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days and do not include bank holidays.

If you require an urgent turnaround please contact us and we’ll do our very best to try and meet your deadlines.

Pricing Policy

We reserve the right to adjust prices at our own discretion depending, this may be up or down at any stage throughout the year.

Promotions

We reserve the right to withdraw or change any promotions we run without prior notice.

Remittance Terms

We process all transactions on this website using PayPal, if you would like to discuss an alternate method of payment please contact us.

Payment Methods

Via any payment method we cannot accept returns on any personalised items

It is the customer’s responsibility to all import and custom charges for reciept of delivery of any orders to a destination country.

We do not store personal or financial information in the processes of payment, nor did we share this information with 3rd parties

Gift Cards

A Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Cards will normally expire 12 months from date of issue unless otherwise stated. Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. Please protect this Gift Card and treat it as cash. The Cool Calm Collection cannot be held liable for Gift Cards which are lost, stolen or damaged. If any product purchased with a Gift Card is exchanged or refunded, any money owing will be given as a gift card. The Cool Calm Collection reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud. The Cool Calm Collection reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the card if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary (e.g. to change the scope of the Gift Card service, notify of the service’s withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control).

Vouchers & Coupons

Coupons and Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. We will only accept one coupon or voucher per transaction. Any percentage based savings on an order does not include postage unless otherwise stated on the voucher or coupon. We will not accept a photocopied or any other replicated form any coupon or voucher. Any voucher or coupon is your responsibility, the Cool Calm Collection will not be held accountable if it is lost, stolen or destroyed. Expiration date will be listed on the voucher, if not date is listed please contact us to find out when the voucher or coupon offer will expire.

Discount/Coupon Code Disclaimer

Discount/coupon codes must be applied at the checkout. If the code is not entered we cannot honour said discount in retrospect of an order being placed. It is the responsbility of the person purchasing the goods to ensure that any code is entered into the relevant field ahead of completing the transaction.

Only one discount/coupon code may be used per transaction.

Returning Items

We try to provide only the highest quality items and believe you will be delighted with any purchase you make. If you are unhappy with your purchase it can be returned to us using the steps outlined below. We try to keep the process as simple as possible.

We will accept returns up to 7 days after the product arrvies with you. This is for none embroidered items only, once clothing is personalised it is completely non-refundable.

We will ONLY accept embroidered garments if the item is faulty with a manufacture defect.

If you wish to return an item to us, you should contact us using the information on the contact page of this website and get a return number, you must clearly state on the outside of the return packaging your name, address and details of purchase. Please note, we cannot accept any returned items without this.

If there is a fault with an item you receive it must be reported to us within 7 days of taking delivery and then must be returned immediately.

The item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of the date your returns number is issued.

Any items returned must be in the original condition that you received them from us with all packaging and tags intact.

If you wish to exchange an item(s) you will have to pay for the cost of the postage to send it back to us and there will be a subsequent postal charge for the replacement item.

If you are returning an item to us for a refund you have to pay for the cost of the postage to send it back to us.

If you have received an item that is faulty, or has been sent by us incorrectly, we will cover the cost of any return postage due.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
